The world, she is a breaking upon us.  The good Earth is rich and has plenty of room for everyone, yet we continue to take it for granted and travel in want.  What we're given is never enough, what we want is never what we need, and no one ever let's a penguin cross the street in peace.  Seriously, I can't go two blocks without someone shouting "Penguin!" and running after me.  It's damn annoying.  :3

Finals are over with next Monday, and then I've got a short break before the next semester starts up.  Expect some art then!  I've got quite a few doodles I think I'll just put together and upload in batches, then a few others should be fun.

Oh, and if anyone has a time machine/Tardis that I can borrow/buy, please let me know in the comments.  I'll need next day shipping on it.

P.S.  To anyone thinking of doing posterization work, don't go past 10 levels unless you want to die slowly.  Trust me, I'm already on life support.

For those that don't know, I happen to be a lowly college student with financial aid.  And with great college comes great amounts of money . . . that I eventually have to pay back.  In the meantime, I get to spend it on such awesome things as:  new clothes, scarves, computer parts that I can assemble into a super weapon of mass huzzah, and oh yes, living.  I'm more fond of that last one than you'd think.

Enough witty banter from me, or at least the banter that I think is witty.  Never really understood the meaning of witty.  Sounds too close to Whitney, and I've never really cared to hear Whitney Houston sing, dunno why.  Oh yes, back to the topic at hand.  Or hoof if you're a pony.

I'm cooking myself up a brand new computer that'll be assembled by myself, and will be at least 20% percent or more awesome than the one I currently have to deal with.  Everything should be here by Friday at the latest, so expect status updates on the latest doomsday machine.  of doom.  from the land of dewmy dooom.  


Because that's totally not a place I just made up off the top of my head.  I'm super serious about that.

Not really, but it'll be nice to get things rolling again with regular updates.  Looking forward to it actually.  So on to some news:


For one of my classes I have to make animations using Adobe After Effects, which is a pretty in-depth program full of all sorts of spiffy things to do and use, much like any other program Adobe makes.  So after spending a couple weeks on the drawings and animations, I finally have it done!  *cues the confetti*  Seaponies, Doctor Whooves, bubbles, and song are all not mine and are copyrighted to Hasbro (as far as I know), but the good Doctor's voice is mine.  Too bad I couldn't use my announcer voice, but that would have been too much awesome for the internet.  I'll have to look into a way to dilute the pure awesomeness in the near future.

School's starting up again, going to use the summer to re-take a class I could have done better in, and also to get in a couple other art classes.  

Got hooked watching the new my little pony series, it's actually pretty good.  Every pony is cool in their own ways, but my hat goes off to the online community for turning one background pony into Doctor Whoof, the Doctor Who pony equivalent.  You can get a good look at him in the same episode that you first see Apple Bloom, he's the one she pressures into buying an apple.

Also dropped a pic I've been working on for a couple weeks, the hard part of it was getting the overall shape right before I did anything else, believe it or not.  

So ok, here comes the fun part.  To the first five people who want them, I'll draw a favorite animal in the style of my sharkie.  If you'd like one then just tell me what animal you'd like, and a main color you'd like.  I'll get them done and posted soon after.

And yes, I plan on making a pony in my style as well as the ones above.  I have to pick one first, which is harder than it seems.
